By purchasing or accessing any product through WarriorPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To access our SaaS platform or digital resources, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments are processed securely through WarriorPlus. Refund requests are handled in accordance with WarriorPlus refund policies. Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page, customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

For PLR (Private Label Rights) products, you are granted the right to modify, rebrand, and resell the materials for commercial use. You may also use them as lead magnets for list building purposes. However, you may not distribute the materials for free on public platforms or include them in free membership sites without prior written permission from Fast AI Factory.

While we aim to provide reliable and high-quality digital tools and content, Fast AI Factory makes no guarantees regarding specific results, financial outcomes, or uninterrupted service availability. Our products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our services if we reasonably determine that a user is engaging in fraudulent activity, violating these Terms, or attempting to misuse or abuse system functionality.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
